Unstoppable Alcaraz Crushes Lehecka in US Open Quarterfinal

Date:

Carlos Alcaraz proved why he’s one of the brightest stars in tennis, defeating Jiri Lehecka in a commanding straight-set win. The 22-year-old Spaniard displayed power and precision to secure a 6-4, 6-2, 6-4 victory and advance to the semi-finals.

Right from the first game, Alcaraz took charge by breaking Lehecka’s serve. His variety of shots and relentless pace left the Czech player scrambling to stay in rallies.

Alcaraz’s serving was exceptional throughout the match. He landed a high percentage of first serves and never faced a single break point. His offseason adjustments to his service motion have paid off, giving him a new weapon in his arsenal.

Lehecka had a brief surge in the third set, but Alcaraz’s composure was unshaken. Breaking at 4-4 sealed his path to victory and showed his mental growth.

With seven finals in a row and an unmatched record this season, Alcaraz enters the final stages of the tournament as a strong title contender.
